Changes
Party damage in /config admin has been renamed to be more clear.
Some default message colors have been fixed.
Permission "uhc.chat.bypassmute" has been added so players can bypass the rule timer mute. 
DND and PVP alerts have been fixed for team members when Prevent Team Damage was disabled.
Added the following messages to the language file;
