FateUHC Overview
Overview
FateUHC runs Ultra Hardcore games with configurable scenarios, teams, world generation, borders, practice, statistics and optional integrations. This wiki covers server setup and administration, plus the developer API.
This wiki covers FateUHC 3.3.17 for Minecraft 1.8–26.x. If you use an older version, some settings may differ.
Getting Started
- Install FateUHC on your game server and start it once to generate its files.
- Configure either MySQL or MongoDB using Database Setup, then restart and verify the connection.
- Set the lobby with
/uhc setlobbyand review your world and border settings in uhcconfiguration.yml. - Configure game options through
/config adminand scenarios through/scenarios admin. See Commands & Permissions for the required access. - Let map preparation finish before starting a game. Disable practice with
/practice offbefore/uhc start.
FateUHC needs a MySQL or MongoDB database to save player data. Make sure you're using the Java version required by your server software.
PlaceholderAPI, DecentHolograms, proxy announcements, and Discord notifications are optional. You can add them later as you set up your server.

Default Config Files
You can find all default configuration files in this wiki. Use them to add new settings to your existing configuration. Menus now use menus.yml; see Menu Customization. Command registration switches are documented in commands.yml.
